Kathy has built a career in Human Resources. We enjoy helping people live their lives to the fullest. We are compassionate people who love to help others. Here are some details about our background.<\/p>\n We have a unique set of skills and experience with over 55 years in the high tech world\u00a0of Silicon Valley.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n Certified Guiding Mindful Change Coach As a Project Manager for over 15 years, Bill worked with enterprise software delivery, IT, online-learning course creation and management, commercial hardware, and audio for toys.<\/p>\n As a Systems Engineer with a Bachelor\u2019s of Science\u00a0degree in Electronic Engineering, Bill worked for TRW for over a decade. He worked on hardware and software projects, as well as design, systems administration, and large system installations.<\/p>\n Education has always been a core value for Bill. After receiving his B.S. in Electronic Engineering and working for a while, his interest in the Systems Theory and applications beyond engineering led him to a Master\u2019s degree in Cybernetics covering the field of System Science. In the midst of this, Bill took time out to work as a credentialed high school math teacher.<\/p>\n Eventually, Bill needed more. He started to explore his curiosity of a more holistic perspective. He embarked on a journey to explore his humanistic side. He went back to school to earn his Master\u2019s degree in Business Administration and a Secondary Education credential. Then he went back to work, but as a high school math teacher, instead of a high-tech guy.<\/p>\n Eventually, Bill decided to return to the high-tech world again but in project management where he could apply all his skills, education, experience, as well as his humanistic values\u00a0to serve people with his head and heart.<\/p>\n In recent years, the need to serve and support others has become a burning desire for Bill. He is happiest when he is guiding others on how to change from within in order to achieve career transitions to live happier, more balanced lives. His specialty is to help other high-tech professionals find a way to balance all their skills, experience and training to do work they love on their terms and live a life they love living.<\/p>\n Bill walks his talk. He explored the possibility of escaping the rat race, in order to live a life by design, on his own terms.
